Camphill School Aberdeen is seeking an experienced House Co-ordinator to lead one of our residential houses and support children and young people with additional support needs to live, learn and flourish within a caring community.
Reporting to the Head of Care, you will provide leadership, oversee safeguarding, care planning, and staff performance, and work closely with families, social workers, therapists and education staff to promote independence and meaningful relationships.
