Camphill School Aberdeen is seeking a Workshop Leader to guide meaningful horticultural and estate activities for adults attending Cairnlee. You will create a safe, inclusive workshop environment that builds practical skills, confidence and wellbeing through gardening and estate work.
The role combines practical horticulture, leadership and direct support to participants, aligning with Camphill's ethos and Cairnlee's environment. Further training and progression opportunities are offered.
