The Garden and Estate Workshop Leader willlead and develop meaningful horticultural, estate maintenance and land-basedwork opportunities for adults attending Cairnlee.
The postholder will create a safe, inclusiveand productive workshop environment where individuals can develop practicalskills, confidence, independence and wellbeing through participation ingardening, grounds maintenance and estate-related activities.
The role combines workshop leadership,practical horticultural expertise and direct support responsibilities, ensuringthat activities are person-centred, outcome-focused and aligned with the valuesand ethos of Camphill School Aberdeen.
The Workshop Leader will contribute tomaintaining and enhancing the Cairnlee environment while enabling peoplesupported by the service to participate meaningfully in all aspects ofplanning, growing, maintaining and improving the gardens and estate.
