Camphill Community Glencraig is currently recruiting for the following vacancy: Waking Night Childrens Residential Worker (26/30/WNCRW/WEB) *Please note: CVs will not be considered* **We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for international candidates** We are currently recruiting for Waking Night Childrens Residential Workers whose purpose is to provide the highest possible standard of support and care to children and/or young people with disabilities and challenging behaviour who reside within our Childrens Home. Our model of care is Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). This role will at times call for an element of personal care. Salary: 9-point incremental scale commencing on £17.42 per hour between 10pm-7am and £13.78 per hour between 7am- 9am Hours 33 hours per week, Shift pattern is 10pm-9am Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 4pm Monday 6th July 2026 Essential Criteria: Accredited NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care Related subject e.g. Health and Social Care, Early Years, or similar Basic Numeracy and literacy (English language) skills Registered or Agreeable to registering with the N. Ireland Social Care Council At least six months experience working with children OR adults with a learning disability and complex needs. Be flexible to work on a rota basis that may include unsocial hours and weekends Desirable Criteria: Degree level qualification in Health/Social Sciences/Youth Work/Social Work Experience in education or health
