Camphill Community Glencraig is currently recruiting for the following vacancy: Team Leader Farm - Adult Day Services. Closing date: 4pm- Friday 2nd January 2026.

As part of the further development of Adult Day Services in Camphill Community Glencraig, the organisation is seeking a Team Leader whose role will be to enable residents and day attendees to pursue a valued lifestyle by supporting them with personal care as well as with social, emotional, spiritual and daily activity needs. The main focus of this post is to support adults and day attendees on the Farm environment and to assist the Farm Manager with daily Farming activities, providing meaningful work opportunities, whilst working in a beautiful outdoor setting, supporting the health and well-being of all individuals.

The Team Leader will provide the highest possible standard of support and care to adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour and provide meaningful daily activities within a caring environment, supporting the well-being, development of skills, enhancing and promoting independence, choices and rights in a person-centred way upholding a holistic approach, values and the Camphill ethos. The successful candidate will also act as a mentor to staff and be responsible for individual supervision and team performance within Adult Day Services.

Salary: 6-Point scale, commencing on £29,577 per annum. Where Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is attained, salary point 6 is accessible, dependent on length of service within the role.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

Essential Criteria:

  • QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care OR a diploma/certificate equivalent to National Occupational Standards Level 4 in a Health & Social Care related discipline (Health & Social Care, Social Sciences, Education, Early Years, Play/Sport/Leisure activities, Youth work or equivalent level of qualification)
  • Demonstrable evidence of 1 year experience working with people in a care/support capacity within the last 2 years.
  • Hold a full and current driving licence valid for use in the UK and Ireland.
  • Registered or applying for registration with the N. Ireland Social Care Council.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a Day Care/Day Opportunities Setting.
  • Experience of setting up daily activities and developing individual pathways.
  • Knowledge of the principles of supervisory management.
