Camphill Blair Drummond is seeking a dedicated Cook to lead the preparation and presentation of healthy, balanced meals for our Day Service. You will work with seasonal produce, including home-grown fruits and vegetables, and create menus that reflect the dietary and cultural needs of our residents, day students, volunteers, and employees. This is more than a kitchen job; it’s a chance to contribute to a therapeutic social environment where food supports wellbeing, connection, and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan weekly menus that accommodate allergies, cultural preferences, and seasonal produce
  • Collaborate with day students, employees, and volunteers to inform menu planning
  • Manage food resources, stock control, and weekly shopping
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Promote the Camphill ethos in all aspects of your work
