  • Work closely with Creative Strategy, Influencer, Client Services and other teams across Campfire to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee content planning and delivery, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively strong and delivered to deadline.
  • Use social performance data and insights to evaluate activity, identify opportunities and continually improve client performance.
  • Oversee client reporting, ensuring we move beyond simply reporting metrics and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Present strategies, campaign ideas, performance and recommendations confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the wider Social leadership team with resource planning, team development and maintaining high standards across the department.
  • Identify potential risks, capacity challenges or performance concerns within your team and escape these appropriately.
  • Champion a collaborative, accountable and high-performance culture within the Social team.
