Campersales Ltd is a family-owned niche motor home and camper dealer in Burgess Hill representing premium brands including Westfalia, Hymer and Eribacar. We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager & Sales administrator to work at our dealership in Burgess Hill.
Role
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining sales administration with office management. You’ll be a central point of contact, helping ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office operations and procedures
- Acting as the main point of contact for the office
- Ordering office supplies and managing supplier relationships
- Overseeing digital filing systems, compliance paperwork, and documentation
- Supporting HR administration (holidays, onboarding, basic records)
- Helping improve processes and keep the office running efficiently
- Supporting the sales team and with day-to-day administration
- Processing sales orders, invoices, and customer documentation
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) and maintaining accurate records
- Organising vehicle handovers and supporting after-sales queries
- Fixing minor IT issues or liaising with our IT support
About You
- Experience in sales administration, office management, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Confident using IT systems (DMS/CRM, email, Microsoft Office especially Excel)
- Customer‑focused with a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- An understanding of paperwork involved in buying and selling cars, paying vehicle tax and registering new vehicles would be an advantage
- Interest in campervans, travel, or the automotive industry is a bonus
