Type of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £35,000 – 40,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:15; National exhibition shows, usually February & October.
About Us: Campersales Limited is a niche, professional dealership within the Motorcaravan market that has grown steadily over the past 15 years representing high quality recognised brands including Westfalia, Hymer & Eribacar.
Aftersales & Product specialist: A specialist role within the business of overseeing and being responsible for the handover process of the models we retail. Meet, greet and demonstrate all the features of the vehicle and ensure a competent handover. Be an important link between sales, customer and workshop.
Responsibilities: Daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Working with sales to ensure preparation of sold units.
- Dealing with all inbound service enquiries and bookings (Tel, email and face to face)
- Parts Enquiries and ordering
- Warranty processing
- Creating job cards and invoices
- Workshop diary loading using CRM system and Outlook.
- Answering Inbound calls
- Checking in new vehicles
- Liaising and booking external contractors
- General Administration
- Demonstration and handover of vehicles
Summary: Exciting hands on, varied role. Low volume, high value activity. Requires discipline to utilise and contribute skill set within the business. Strive to provide excellence in all we do.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Educated to at least A-Level standard preferred
- Must have experience of working in an automotive workshop or engineering background (2 years)
- Experience of working in a customer facing role preferred.
- Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel and a CRM system is essential.
- Technically minded.
- Precise with an attention to detail
- Organised
