About The Role
We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Carnaby; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING. As a Camper Store Manager, your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth. We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
Your Main Tasks Will Be:
- Customer Experience Management: You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
- Team Management: You will be taking on the role of leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach and always inspiring and leading by example.
- Business Results & Efficiency: As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.
- Brand image: You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principles.
- Operational excellence: You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
