Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys driving change and delivering meaningful business improvements? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) based at our Chipping Campden site. This role requires a minimum of three days per week on site, with travel between sites as required.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering business improvement projects across the 0–36 month plan. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, and governance.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Leading and managing cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
  • Developing clear project scopes, workstreams, and deliverables
  • Creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines, including critical paths
  • Identifying, managing, and communicating project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Driving delivery with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Keeping project sponsors and senior leaders informed, supporting key decision‑making
  • Ensuring projects follow the Stage‑Gate process
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of project management ways of working
