We offercommercial analytical lab chemistry testing for food and drink, including: nutritionaland health, microscopy, biochemistry, allergens, chromatography, packaging, cereals and ingredients, andwines and spirits
- What you'll be doing
- Routine analysis of foodstuffs andassociated materials using a variety of methods
- Updating QC records, basicmaintenance and checks of laboratory equipment
- Preparation and administration ofsamples
- General Admin in the Section asrequired
- General laboratory housekeepingduties
- Training and supervising staff asrequired

- Good organisational skills in managing own workload
- Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work on a number of tasks and manage priorities
