Campden Club, a leading global private community of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, is looking for a proactive and motivated Membership Executive to join our team. This is a sales development role suited to someone with at least two years of professional experience in a remote sales environment, who thrives in a dynamic and relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate membership conversations via phone and email to secure meetings with prospective members
- Arrange and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings for the management team
- Support promotional efforts, campaigns and Campden events
- Source and identify prospective members to attend Campden Forums and events as delegates
- Register all leads/enquiries on the members’ CRM database to track progress to show conversion rate from enquiry to sale of membership
- This role is a global role ex-America’s enabling you to quickly develop a geographically diverse member pipeline.
- Provide weekly updates and summaries to senior management of progress and potential sales leads to be followed up.
- Track outreach activity and meet weekly/monthly KPI targets
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in remote direct sales, business development, or membership engagement role
- Excellent communication skills – confident on the phone and in email
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working to targets and being rewarded for hitting them
- Professional, articulate, and energetic with a collaborative mindset
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy while demonstrating initiative.
