Inside Sales Exec
Campden BRI are industry leaders in the testing, inspection and certification sectors focusing on food & drink manufacturing, to ensure it's safe for consumers, best quality products and consultancy services. Our Commercial team oversee all the commercial elements for our organisation: liaising and supporting our technical functions with marketing campaigns, market research, developing key accounts, overall strategy and ensuring our members have added value through our services and consultancy.
Sales & Account Management Team
Position
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate, manage and convert campaigns into qualified leads.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to guide them to the appropriate service/ technical expert.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure as required.
- Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Work alongside technical teams to build pipeline and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain records of all account engagements through CRM and other management reporting as required, including supporting and reporting for the wider sales functio.
Experience Required
- Understanding of the testing, inspection and certification market.
- Proven inside sales experience/SDR/Business Development experience within a consultative or services sales environment.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM.
- Familiarity with social selling tools like LinkedIn & Sales Navigator.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Degree in science or technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Full, clean driving license.
- A confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels within work and client environments.
