Campden BRI offer commercial analytical lab chemistry testing for food and drink, including: nutritional and health, microscopy, biochemistry, allergens, chromatography, packaging, cereals and ingredients, and wines and spirits.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be responsible for undertaking a range of microscopy investigations which can include foreign bodies, screening products for the presence of foreign/extraneous matter, imaging, packaging and bespoke client requests.
- Interpret analytical data.
- Prepare and issue technical reports on investigation.
- Consult with and assist clients with the work required or interpretation of results.
- Assist with the return of samples and associated activities when required.
- Provide technical support and advice to colleagues if required.
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with departmental policies.
- To keep neat and orderly records of results and other relevant information.

- Relevant degree (Forensic Science/Biology/Chemistry).
- A background in SEM (Scanning electron microscopy).
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to commute to Chipping Campden five days a week.
- Own vehicle and valid UK Driving License.
