Cleaning & Catering Team
Our Cleaning and Catering Team at Campden BRI work together to ensure a positive experience at our Chipping Campden site, for employees, members, clients and training delegates. We have a range of laboratories, food processing halls, offices and training suites.
This team ensures we safely manage all activities, whilst working effectively to all company procedures and standards.
Please note the working hours for this role are 20 hours per week:
Monday-Thursday 3.00pm-7.00pm and Fridays 2pm-6.00pm.
Position
- Complete all required paperwork to the company time schedule and assess the cleaning team’s performance, with Catering & Cleaning Manager, including appraisals
- Control issue and usage of cleaning materials and instruct employees in correct usage, maintenance and storage of materials, tools and cleaning apparatus and to report any defects to the Catering & Cleaning Manager
- Attend appropriate training sessions to update knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and procedures
- Carry out appropriate training for all team members
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Catering & Cleaning Manager
Requirements
- Experience of cleaning machinery and cleaning tools
- Full understanding of cleaning chemicals
- Good communicator and coach to build a strong team. Demonstrate strong motivation skills
- Strong organisational skills to allocate cleaning team efficiently and effectively
- Manage and maintain cleaning schedules, ensure audits are conducted according to company policy
- Professional approach and pride in role and importance to the business
