The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

This role is within the Training team, which supports a wide range of courses in the food & drink industries by providing science and technical support to manufacturers and retailers.

Position

  • Supporting delivery of administration for training events (liaison with clients/speakers, materials, venue requirements, exam administration, etc.)
  • Progressing client registrations (acknowledgement, CRM database, invoices)
  • Proactive pursuit of enquiries to enhance income & business development opportunities
  • Effective communications within the delivery team and various stakeholders
  • Hosting – supporting training delivered online by acting as host for online courses, dealing with delegate issues in logging in, posting polls and creating breakout rooms as required (Microsoft Teams)

Requirements

  • Experience within an administration role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (including MS Teams)
  • Experience of Client Relationship Management Database desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • The ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks with the minimum of supervision
  • Proactive can-do attitude, ability to sell Campden BRI training services
  • Self-starter, motivated and resilient
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • 5 GCSEs including English & Maths
