Are you looking to kick-start your career in a professional office environment? We’re excited to be recruiting a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team at CampbellReith.

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll also support a busy team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Managing calls, emails and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing conference rooms
  • Supporting invoicing, reporting and document preparation
  • Maintaining records and internal systems
  • Assisting with general office organisation

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

What we’re looking for:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) level 4 in English and Maths
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a “can do” approach

What you’ll gain:

This 18-month apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience, mentoring from an experienced admin team and study support towards achieving Business Administrator (Level 3). There will be an ongoing opportunity for a full‑time, permanent role and further progression for the right candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
