Campbell Wood Search is partnered with a leading international wastewater solution provider working with both industrial and municipal customers. They are growing into the UK market and are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Lead to spearhead growth.

Role: UK Technical & Sales Lead

Location: Remote/Field-Based

We are looking for a commercial and technical professional to spearhead market expansion across the UK. You will bridge the gap between engineering and business development, taking ownership of the full sales cycle for specialized water and wastewater treatment technologies.

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across industrial and municipal sectors.
  • Pipeline Management: Guide long-cycle, high-value technical sales from initial inquiry to design, tendering, and final handover.
  • Market Representation: Act as the face of the company in the UK, attending industry events and establishing long-term client relationships.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within the UK wastewater or industrial water treatment industry (capital equipment / solution / project background).
  • Background in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical field allowing you to confidently discuss our proprietary technologies.
  • Commercial Drive: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Attractive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission.
