An innovative UK technology company is seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead the commercialisation of a breakthrough advanced materials technology for the water and wastewater sector.
Having successfully developed and validated a proprietary technology with significant commercial potential, the business is now entering the next phase of growth.

The Role
- Reporting to the Board and working closely with the technical founder, you will:
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy.
- Build relationships with UK water utilities, engineering partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Secure pilot projects and support the transition from technology validation to commercial deployment.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership across the business.
- Build the organisation, processes, and commercial capability as the company scales.

About You
You will have
- A strong track record of commercialising technology, ideally within water treatment, industrial technology, filtration, or related sectors.
- Experience working with UK water utilities and an understanding of procurement and innovation pathways.

- Previous leadership experience within a start-up, scale-up, or technology-driven business.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the willingness to operate across both strategic and operational activities.
