Campbell Tickell are proud to be recruiting to the role of Executive Director of Homes and Investment at Newlon. At Newlon we believe that good homes and strong communities have the power to transform lives. Providing safe, high-quality and affordable housing remains central to our mission, and our commitment to residents and neighbourhoods across North and East London is as important today as when the organisation was founded.
We are now creating the role of Executive Director of Homes and Investment, bringing together the teams responsible for delivering new homes and ensuring the longâterm safety, quality and sustainability of the homes we already own. The role combines development, regeneration, building safety and longâterm asset investment, alongside oversight of sales, leasehold services and our commercial portfolio.
This appointment comes at an important moment for Newlon. Over the coming year we will work with colleagues, residents and partners to shape our strategy for the next five years. As part of this, you will help design and lead a new directorate that brings together development, compliance, safety and investment to deliver that ambition.
One of your earliest priorities will be the regeneration of the Barnsbury Estate near King's Cross, delivered in partnership with Mount Anvil. Alongside this landmark project, you will oversee a major programme of building remediation and safety work, ensuring our homes remain safe and trusted places to live.
Newlon is a distinctive organisation. More than ten per cent of our staff live in Newlon homes, and residents play an active role in shaping our services. Through our partner charity Outward, we support more than a thousand people across our communities, and we remain a strategic partner of the Greater London Authority.
This is a demanding role, but also a hugely rewarding one â an opportunity to shape homes, communities and the future of Newlon.
