Campbell Tickell are pleased to be recruiting to the role of Independent Non-Executive Director at Sparrow Shared Ownership. Sparrow Shared Ownership is a regulated Registered Provider focused on delivering high-quality homes and excellent customer service. It’s part of the Sparrow Housing Group – the parent company and investment platform backed by USS, one of the UK’s largest pension funds. We manage over 3,000 shared ownership homes across the UK and we want you to help us set the gold standard for shared ownership, ensuring our customers and communities benefit from a stable, well-governed provider with a long-term vision.
Role and responsibilities
- Provide governance oversight and strategic direction across Board and senior management appointments, succession planning, people strategy, recruitment frameworks across the organisation.
Qualifications and experience
- Senior level experience either as an executive or non-executive, ideally within a complex institutional stakeholder or regulated environment, and having served on or chaired a committee.
- Expertise in people strategy, HR, reward and recognition; ability to contribute to strategic oversight and corporate governance.
