Campbell Tickell is looking for an experienced Interim Head of Operations to be a key part of the interim senior management structure, co-ordinating the activity of the housing manager and asset manager for a small housing association.

Lead and coordinate housing and asset management functions, ensuring effective service delivery, compliance, and performance improvement across operational services. Manage key stakeholder and outsourced service provider relationships, acting as the primary client lead and driving effective partnership working. Support governance and regulatory requirements through Board engagement, report writing, strategy development, and implementation.
