With c. 5,500 homes across South Wales, Cadarn Group provides affordable, safe and high-quality homes and is dedicated to supporting sustainable communities with excellent services to tenants.

These Board roles require professionals who can connect governance leadership and specialist expertise to real tenant outcomes.

Beyond technical and governance input, we want our new Board colleagues to always be ready to ask how Board decisions affect our tenants, how tenant feedback is being heard, and to bring a strong and persistent focus on the tenant and customer perspective.
