Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and develop innovative community‑focused approaches.
• Ensure strong financial and operational management within a demanding regulatory environment.

• Embed the organisation’s mission, vision and values at every level.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leader with a strong record of strategic achievement.
• Experience of managing change and a clear understanding of safeguarding and regulatory responsibilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a deep commitment to improving the lives of young people and ending homelessness.
