With the planned retirement of our long-standing Chief Executive, we are seeking an exceptional leader who can guide our organisation confidently into the future while remaining grounded in our strong values and social purpose.

As Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership to deliver our new corporate plan and ensure that Castlehill remains a trusted and effective organisation for the people and communities we serve. Working closely with a supportive Board, you will foster a culture of accountability, openness and continuous improvement, while empowering our talented staff to achieve high quality outcomes.
Central to your role will be driving organisational resilience, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening our partnerships, and shaping services that respond to the evolving needs of tenants and clients. You will encourage collaboration and inspire confidence across the organisation and beyond.
We are seeking a proven senior leader with experience in housing or related sectors who brings strong strategic capability, resilience, and sound financial and commercial judgement. You will be a valuesâdriven leader with excellent people and stakeholder skills, able to motivate qualityâdriven teams, build productive partnerships, and balance social purpose with effective business decisionâmaking. Most importantly, you will bring the vision and ambition to deliver meaningful impact for our tenants, customers and communities.
