Interim Housing Operations Manager required for 3-6 months to support the managing director with tenancy and contractor related duties within a housing provider. Requires CIH level 5 or above or a relevant degree. This is a hybrid role but would require travel on office days in and around the Manchester area.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client lead for housing services delivered through an outsourced housing company.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, landlords and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse performance reports, identifying trends and driving service improvements.
- Provide assurance on housing management activities, overseeing existing housing stock and voids.
- Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring residents receive a high-quality service.
- Support strategic decision-making through insight, reporting, and recommendations.
