We are seeking an experienced Housing Systems Programme Lead to deliver the procurement and implementation of a new Housing and Repairs Management System for a social housing organisation.
This is a key transformation role, leading the programme from procurement and supplier selection through to implementation, mobilisation and business adoption.
This is a part time 2-3 days per week hybrid role for up to 10 months.
Key Responsibilities Lead the procurement of a Housing and Repairs Management System.
Manage system implementation and programme delivery.
Provide expert advice on housing management and repairs services.
Drive organisational change and embed new ways of working.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
Ensure programme outcomes support compliance and service improvement.
About You You will bring: Extensive experience within social housing, housing or local government.
A proven track record of procuring and implementing housing and/or repairs systems.
Desirable systems knowledge: NEC, Northgate, Civica, MRI, Orchard or Aareon.
Strong programme and project management expertise.
Experience leading service transformation and change programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
