Campbell Tickell are working with a housing association based in West London who are looking for an Interim Housing Manager.

Duration: 3-6 months

Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)

Working Pattern: Full time (with hybrid working)

Start Date: Immediately

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interim Housing Manager to join our client's team in London. The successful candidate will take a "hands-on" approach to managing their diverse housing stock, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency. You will have visibility across the portfolio, balancing strategic oversight with front-line housing management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for rent arrears management, utilising the OmniLedger Pyramid G2 system to monitor accounts, implement recovery procedures, and maintain the Accounts Ledger.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of housing allocations and lettings, ensuring void turnaround times are minimised and properties are let in accordance with policy.
  • Maintain a visible presence across the housing stock, conducting regular property inspections and ensuring all units meet safety and quality standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for complex tenancy issues, including breaches of agreement and resident engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong experience using OmniLedger or Pyramid G2 is essential. You must be confident using these platforms for various housing functions, specifically Rent Accounting and the Accounts Ledger.
  • Proven track record in a similar Housing Manager role within a Housing Association or Local Authority.
  • Ability to work autonomously and engage directly with the housing stock and residents on-site.
  • Strong understanding of current housing legislation, welfare reform, and best practices in social housing management.
