We are seeking an experienced Housing Systems Programme Lead to deliver the procurement and implementation of a new Housing and Repairs Management System for a social housing organisation.
This is a key transformation role, leading the programme from procurement and supplier selection through to implementation, mobilisation and business adoption.
This is a part time 2-3 days per week hybrid role for up to 10 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement of a Housing and Repairs Management System.
- Manage system implementation and programme delivery.
- Provide expert advice on housing management and repairs services.
- Drive organisational change and embed new ways of working.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
- Ensure programme outcomes support compliance and service improvement.
About You
You will bring:
- Extensive experience within social housing, housing or local government.
- A proven track record of procuring and implementing housing and/or repairs systems.
- Desirable systems knowledge: NEC, Northgate, Civica, MRI, Orchard or Aareon.
- Strong programme and project management expertise.
- Experience leading service transformation and change programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
