Interim Housing Operations Manager required for 3-6 monthsto support the managing director with tenancy and contractor related duties within a housing provider. Requires CIH level 5 or above or a relevant degree. This is a hybrid role but would require travel on office days in and around the Manchester area. Key responsibilities Act as the primary client lead for housing services delivered through an outsourced housing company . Oversee contract management , ensuring compliance with agreed standards and KPIs Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, landlords and stakeholders Monitor and analyse performance reports , identifying trends and driving service improvements Provide assurance on housing management activities , overseeing existing housing stock and voids.
