Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and web.
- Troubleshoot communication systems – including Ethernet, serial, satellite, radio, and cellular.
- Configure and support Campbell Scientific software products.
- Write, test, and support CRBasic datalogger programs to interface with sensors and protocols.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for customers on system operation and best practices.
- Support system testing, documentation, and configuration activities.
- Travel within the UK and internationally to support clients and installations.
- Continually develop your skills in programming, systems integration, and customer engagement.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- A technical background (communications, networking, instrumentation, or similar).
- Strong communication skills – able to explain technical details clearly and confidently.
