We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our Environmental Sales Team for the EMEA region. This role is essential in ensuring efficient sales processes, effective customer communication, and exceptional support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, and client services to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to drive repeat business.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders.
- Prepare and manage quotations for products.
- Utilise CRM/ERP systems and other databases to manage sales processes.
- Provide logistical support for events such as workshops and customer/partner conferences.
- Ensure all sales documentation adheres to company standards and is accurate.
- Assist in solving customer problems and ensuring their success.
