  • Support divisional sales teams to create profitable service offerings
  • Contribute to regional partner strategies across Europe and the Middle East
  • Maintain accountability for health & safety procedures across all service activities

What We're Looking For

You are a confident, structured leader who balances technical depth with commercial awareness. You understand how to manage people, processes, and customers without losing attention to detail.

Essential & Skills

  • Direct line management of small technical teams
  • Hands-on installation and maintenance experience at customer sites
  • Experience managing and coordinating operational activities
  • Calibration and test process knowledge
  • Strong customer-facing experience with professional commercial relationships
