Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with a well-established, highly profitable, retail business in York, one of the region's top employers, to find an experienced Finance Manager ready to make a real impact. This isn’t your standard management accounts role. The business is in an exciting period of change, with a number of projects underway around process and systems improvement. The SLT actively want you involved in that work - not just observing but genuinely adding value and shaping how things are done.
Alongside the project work, you’ll be mentoring junior members of the finance team, supporting them through their studies and helping set the standard for what great looks like. Day-to-day, you’ll own the monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and VAT returns.
