FP&A Analyst | York | cΒ£50,000βΒ£60,000 pro rata | 3β4 days | Flexible hours |Onsite parking Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with a privately owned, growing service-based business in York who are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This is a newly created role with plenty of scope to add value. You'll be working closely with the senior finance team and wider business, turning the numbers into useful insight and helping shape future decisions. The role: As the FP&A Analyst you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, providing the business with a clear view of performance and what's coming next. You'll be involved in: Leading the budgeting and forecasting process. Producing regular management reporting and analysis. Building and maintaining financial models. Analysing performance, trends and variances. Providing insight into revenue, costs, margins and profitability. Supporting longer-term financial planning and business modelling. Working with budget holders across the business to understand performance. Presenting financial information and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and decision-making. About you: We're looking for someone who is commercial, analytical and confident working with senior stakeholders. Ideally qualified/strong PQ accountant with solid FP&A experience, with a good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. You'll also be someone who enjoys getting underneath the numbers rather than simply producing reports. Strong Excel skills are essential. The important bit: This is a 3β4 day a week role with genuinely flexible hours.
