The Role

You'll be reporting into the Financial Controller and taking real ownership of the monthly close cycle, from initial close right through to Board-ready reporting packs. You'll be the person who keeps the numbers accurate, insightful and on time, sitting across both management and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end monthly close and delivering management accounts to senior stakeholders
  • Keeping balance sheet reconciliations tight and reviewing margin performance
  • Preparing year-end statutory accounts
  • Owning the integrity of the financial system day-to-day, including fixed assets
  • Leading the external audit process
  • Getting stuck into budgets, forecasts and process improvement
