The Opportunity

This opportunity is suited to a commercially focused Commercial Accountant who thrives on building strong relationships across the business. You will act as a finance partner to key business functions and stakeholders, providing meaningful insight that directly influences decision-making and drives performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide clear, actionable performance reporting and commentary
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
- Support and challenge stakeholders through robust financial modelling and analysis
- Develop and monitor KPI frameworks to drive accountability and performance
- Contribute to business cases, investment appraisals, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or newly qualified
- Proven experience in a Commercial Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or FP&A role
- Strong partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Confident communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear insights
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
