The opportunity:

Campbell Grove Talent are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a growing business based in north-east Leeds. This is a commercially focused role, where you'll work closely with Marketing and Operations teams who really want finance at the table. The business is growing, which means you'll be working on things that will be helping shape decisions, not just reporting on what's already happened. There's a variety of FP&A work in the mix too, so you'll get stuck into forecasting, planning, and influencing where the business goes next. It's covering a secondment initially (12 months), but there's an opportunity to make it permanent for someone who gets under the skin of the business and fits the culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being the go-to finance person for Marketing and Operations - answering their questions, challenging their assumptions, helping them make better decisions
  • Getting involved in budget conversations early enough to influence them
  • FP&A work - forecasting, scenario planning, business cases for new initiatives
  • Monthly reporting and analysis
  • Spotting opportunities to improve processes as you go
  • Building robust relationships across teams in and outside of finance

What we're looking for:

  • You're qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have business partnering or FP&A experience
  • You know how to translate numbers into 'so what does this mean for us?'
  • An engaging and confident communicator
  • You're available to start in the next 4 weeks
