This role sits at the heart of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations, while also giving you exposure to fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and treasury support. You'll join a large, busy finance team, where no two weeks look the same. It's built for someone who enjoys variety, not one narrow specialism.
What you'll be doing:
- Month-end accruals, prepayments, journals, bank reconciliations, FX postings, and variance commentary
- Fixed assets and capital accounting
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Lease accounting, including vehicle lease invoice coding and journal postings
- Customs duty compliance, acting as a finance contact for international trade queries
- Cover for cashflow reporting and daily banking processes
- Supporting statutory reporting, tax work, and audit documentation alongside the Finance Manager
- Contributing to process improvement and ad-hoc finance projects
