Campbell Grove Talent are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller. This role reports directly to a fantastic Finance Director, and you’ll be leading the finance function, supporting to shape financial strategy, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork across the group. If you’re someone who thrives on creating robust processes, leading teams, and driving real improvements, this could be perfect for you.

What you’ll be doing as the Group Financial Controller:

  • You’ll own the month-end and year-end processes, lead the annual audit, and manage consolidated reporting across all subsidiaries.
  • Day-to-day, you’ll oversee treasury, banking, and working capital, keep on top of balance sheet reconciliations, and coordinate tax compliance with external advisors.
  • Beyond the core accounting work, there’s also scope to get involved in exciting projects - system implementations, automation, and process improvements that genuinely make a difference.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with solid experience working for a large, complex organisation in a similar Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role.
  • Experience with international accounting and multi-currency reporting would be a real advantage.
  • You’ll be someone who can lead and motivate a team, juggle multiple priorities in a calm and professional way, and communicate complex financial information in a way that really makes sense to people.
  • You’ll need excellent Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
