We’re on the lookout for a payroll professional who takes real pride in accuracy, and who's ready to take the reins on delivering a payroll service colleagues can rely on without a second thought. This isn't a "cog in a big team" role. You'll be the payroll function - running it end-to-end, hands-on, day to day, while also being the one who handles the trickier stuff and shapes how it grows as the business does. You'll have solid payroll experience under your belt, and you'll be looking for a role where you can genuinely own the process rather than just be a cog in it. There's real scope here to grow the function as the wider business grows, but you must be happy being entirely hands on and controlling all areas of payroll by yourself.
