Campbell Grove Talent are looking for a Management Accountant to join a well-established FMCG business on the outskirts of Harrogate.

This role would suit a newly qualified accountant looking for somewhere to develop and grow with a great manager that will consistently get the best out of you!

You'll be joining a busy finance team, working closely with the Finance Manager to own the management accounts process.

Think month-end close, variance analysis, and making sure the numbers tell the real story of how the business is performing.

It's a fast-moving FMCG environment, so no two months look quite the same.

You'll get exposure to stock, margins, pricing, and all the operational stuff that makes this sector genuinely interesting to work in.

Beyond the core management accounts, you'll pick up a mix of other duties too including balance sheet reconciliations, supporting audits, helping with process improvements, and generally being someone the wider business can lean on for financial insight.

We're not after someone who just wants to sit quietly and crunch numbers; we want someone curious, who asks questions and wants to understand the "why" behind the figures.

What we're looking for

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (newly or nearly qualified ideally)
  • Strong Excel skills and a good eye for detail
  • Someone who communicates well and confidently
  • FMCG background desirable but not essential

If you're newly qualified and looking for a role where you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, please apply with your CV or contact Lucy Regan or Emma Dugdale for further information.
