The Role
As a field-based Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of multifunctional devices including printers and photocopiers.
Key duties:
- Diagnose and repair faults on photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices (MFDs)
- Aim for high first-time fix rates
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site and remotely
- Keep up with technical training and product updates
- Manage stock in your service vehicle
- Support basic networking and scanning setup on MFDs
About You
- Experience repairing photocopiers, MFDs, and printers (Minimum 2 years)
- Konica Minolta experience helpful (not essential)
- Basic IT/networking and print management knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, honest, and professional
- Full UK driving license required
