We have been retained by a Digital Asset Wealth Management firm to lead on their search for a confidential senior hire to establish an institutional-grade digital asset trading capability for (U)HNW / family office clients. This is a hands-on MD/GM seat with clear ownership: define the operating model, select and manage key partners (custody, fiat rails, execution/liquidity), implement governance and controls, and take the proposition to market in a measured, regulated way.
What you will own:
- Build and launch an agency / matched-principal execution model.
- Establish best execution oversight, counterparty governance, and execution policy.
- Partner/vendor selection and integration across custody, banking/fiat rails, and execution venues/OTC liquidity.
- Work closely with Compliance/Risk/Operations to embed robust controls from day one.
- Act as the commercial lead for the trading capability: pricing, client experience, and early revenue delivery.
