We are supporting a growing FinTech business currently moving through funding rounds and, although they are not yet ready for a full-time HR hire, they are looking to retain an experienced HR Consultant for 1/2 days per week.
This role will focus on the practical day-to-day people support a scaling business needs, including:
- HR admin
- Payroll coordination
- Contracts
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Employee documentation
- General people operations support
