Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role? Our Global and equity backed client are looking for a Technical Team Manager to lead a small but highly skilled team supporting and enhancing their SAP SuccessFactors platform. In this role you will manage 2 Technical Analysts and 1 Business Analyst, working closely with the Product Owner and Functional Lead to deliver high-impact HR technology solutions. If you\’re passionate about team leadership, system optimisation, and driving HR tech excellence — this could be a strong opportunity for you. What You Will Be Doing: Lead and mentor a team of 3, ensuring performance, development, and technical excellence Own the technical roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors, including modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and more Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals Oversee support operations, manage escalations, and ensure 2nd/3rd line issue resolution Drive innovation through system enhancements, integrations, and best practices What You Will Bring: ~7+ years in SAP SuccessFactors (with hands-on technical experience) ~3+ years leading technical teams ~ Strong background in Employee Central, Recruitment, and related modules ~ Excellent communication and leadership skills ~ A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions ~ SAP SuccessFactors certification (a plus) Why Join the team?
