We are supporting a PE-backed InsurTech business as they look to appoint an Interim CTO to help define and deliver its next phase of technology evolution. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to a startup-minded CTO who can operate across both strategic design and practical execution.
The Opportunity
- Work closely with leadership to:
- Define and shape the technology and platform strategy
- Assess and evolve the current architecture and systems landscape
- Lead the build and scaling of core platforms
- Drive data infrastructure, migration, and governance
- Embed AI and analytics capabilities into products and decision-making
- Provide clear recommendations on future tech leadership, structure and roadmap
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a startup or scale-up environment
- Strong capability across platform architecture, data ecosystems and AI/analytics
- Track record of building and scaling technology functions in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable operating in PE-backed, high-growth or transformation contexts
- Able to balance hands-on delivery with strategic oversight
