We are currently supporting a client with their search for a Group Head of HR Systems & Data. This is a strategic global leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the group-wide HR technology, data, and analytics strategy. The role will lead the SuccessFactors (SF) roadmap, ensure alignment across all markets and regions, and drive data-led decision-making through robust people analytics and HR KPIs.
This role will partner with IT, Regional HR Directors, and external vendors (SAP and other partners) to deliver seamless HR system performance, ensure data integrity and compliance, and provide actionable insights that shape workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
Managing a team of 7 (with plans to expand offshore hubs), the role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement and change leadership to build a global, scalable, and future-ready HR systems and data function.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Technology
- Define and execute the group-wide SuccessFactors (SF) roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Standardise and harmonise systems across markets and regions, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
- Partner closely with the IT function and Regional HRDs to ensure robust system architecture, integrations, and upgrades.
- Manage strategic relationships with SAP and other technology vendors, ensuring value for investment and innovation adoption.
Data & People Analytics
- Build and scale a global people analytics capability, delivering actionable insights and predictive workforce analytics.
- Establish global HR KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive informed business and people decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and standardization across regions, enabling high-quality workforce insights.
Compliance & Risk
- Safeguard HR data through strong compliance, data privacy, and risk management practices (GDPR, local regulations).
- Develop and oversee global policies and controls to ensure ethical and compliant use of HR data.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and grow a high-performing HR systems and data team of 7, with responsibility for building offshore analytics and systems hubs to scale global capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CHRO, Regional HR Directors, and senior business leaders on systems and data strategy.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management, ensuring adoption of new systems, processes, and analytics tools.

- Proven leadership in global HR systems and data roles(SuccessFactors/Workday)
- Deep understanding of people analytics, HR KPIs, and predictive workforce modelling.
- Experience in partnering with IT on large-scale HR technology projects.
