We are supporting a growing FinTech business currently moving through funding rounds and, although they are not yet ready for a full-time HR hire, they are looking to retain an experienced HR Consultant for 1/2 days per week.

This role will focus on the practical day-to-day people support a scaling business needs, including:

  • HR admin
  • Payroll coordination
  • Contracts
  • Onboarding/offboarding
  • Employee documentation
  • General people operations support

They are looking for someone hands-on, reliable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable in a start-up, scale-up or founder-led business experience.
